      Responsibilities

      ·        Prepare financial statements, and other financial reports to be incorporated into consolidated financial statements and annual reports of a global organization

      ·        Analyze business operations,trends, costs, revenues, performance metrics and benchmarks to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice to management

      ·        Establish and execute accounting controls over company’s accounting and financial procedures

      ·        Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and external auditors

       

      Required Qualifications

      ·     Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance required (preferably with courses taken in Financial Accounting, Accounting in Global Enterprises, and Taxation)

      ·        In-depth understanding of GAAP and IFRS, drill down capabilities and ability to organize data in a way that adds value to analysis.

      ·        Advanced proficiency in Excel and basic proficiency in Word, Power Point and Access

      ·        Highly analytical, independent thinking/problem-solving skills and demonstrated formal/non-formal leadership

      ·        CPA preferred

      Summary


      The Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals. In additional, he/she will be responsible for defining monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.The Sales Manager will manage the overall day-to-day salesof our products, Sucralose and Glycine. This position will report to the US President and is directly responsible for driving revenue, profitability,customer acquisition, and customer success goals.

       

      Responsibilities

      The Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the sales team, including:


      • Define and monitor sales performance to goals and ensure accountability       

      • Be accountable for a monthly, quarterly, and annual quota        

      • Establishdaily, weekly, and monthly goals for themselves and drive accountability        

      • Accountable to execute cross-sell and up-sell strategies        

      • Accountable to execute customer enablement strategies within team        

      • Responsible for proactive communication back to management on sales        

              inhibitors and successful sales techniques

      • Ensure compliance with sales methods and process        

      • Responsible for monitoring thequality and consistency of all sales processesand activities        

       

      Experience

      The ideal candidate will have:


      •  Four year degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred        

      •  Excellent organizational skills        

      •  Detail oriented        

      •  5+years telesales experience, preferably in PETFOOD/FEED/SWEETENERS/        

         BEVERAGE/NUTRITIONAL/PERSONAL CARE/FOODindustry        

      •  Proven track record of over achievement of sales goals        

      •  Strong negotiation and influencing skills        

      •  Clear communications skills        

      •  Strong skills in interpreting buying signals        

      •  Strong closing skills        

      •  Excellent time management skills        

      •  Accurate and timely forecasting skills
